Meet Linda Brose, LCSW
I have over 20 years of experience in the community. I am dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered therapy for individuals, adolescents, and couples in Reno, Nevada. My approach is rooted in respect, collaboration, and meaningful change, utilizing CBT, DBT, and a humanistic philosophy. I am open, inclusive, and accepting of all people regardless of age, background, disabilities, and sexual orientation. We are all human beings, and therapy can help us be the best versions of ourselves.
My professional background includes extensive work in adult protective services and hospital settings, where I supported individuals facing crisis, medical challenges, and major life loss/transitions. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals in acute distress and ongoing emotional struggles, helping them regain stability and confidence.

My Philosophy & Approach
I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. My practice is grounded in evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to your unique needs.
Whether you’re facing anxiety, crisis, depression, life transitions, or relationship challenges, I am here to help you navigate your path toward growth and healing.
Therapy works best as a partnership. I focus on a teamwork mentality, respectfully starting where you are and following where you lead. I believe each person has the inner strength and ability to heal, and therapy provides the support needed to access that resilience.
